Per Lawrenceville Police Reports, Carlos Garcia and Miguel Pereira both of Lawrenceville, Georgia, were involved in an accident on February 9, 2023.
Pereira was traveling east on West Pike Street through the Old Norcross Road intersection. He was hit by Garcia in the rear passenger side area of his vehicle.
Garcia failed to yield at the red light while attempting to turn right on to West Pike Street from Old Norcross Road. He was ticketed for this infraction.
