On January 18, 2021 per Norcross Police Reports, Sebastian Valcarcel-Villamizar of Suwanee, Georgia, was ticketed for unsafe lane change.
Valcarcel-Villamizar told the reporting officer that he was traveling east on Jimmy Carter Blvd when he decided to change lanes and move into the turning lane to turn left onto Brook Hollow Parkway. His vehicle struck the vehicle of Christopher Donaldson of Sandy Springs, Georgia.
Both men turned into the QT parking lot afterwards to exchange information.
