Per Columbus, Georgia, Police records, Zachary McCall and Mark Bayon both of Columbus, Georgia were involved in an accident at the intersection of Schomburg Road and Maple Ridge Trail.
According to the report, Mr. Bayon came to a stop at the intersection behind another car at an intersection. Mr. McCall failed to stop in time and rear ended Bayon's vehicle.
Bayon admitted fault by saying that he looked to his right and failed to notice the vehicles stopped in front of him.
