Per Marietta Police Department Accident Reports, Timothy Cole and Albert Buck both of Marietta, Georgia, were involved in accident on S. Fairground St. on September 5, 2022.
According to Cole, he was attempting to make a right hand turn from the right lane on S. Marietta Parkway onto S. Fairground Street. He was travelling east on S. Marietta Street to turn south onto S. Fairground Street.
In the process of turning, he did not recognize Buck was travelling southbound on S. Fairground St. as well. The collision occurred quickly after Cole entered S. Fairground St.
The reporting officer found Cole in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-6-70.
