Per Cobb County Police Reports on September 5, 2022, Austin Sanchez of Acworth, Georgia, and Heather Wilson of Villa Rica, Georgia, were involved in an accident at the intersection of County Line and Due West Road.
Both drivers were attempting to make a right hand turn on to Due West Road. Sanchez told the reporting officer that he believed that the driver in front of him had already turned. As he was looking left to time the turn properly, he struck the back of Wilson's vehicle.
Wilson told the officer that she pulled up to see past the traffic that was turning right onto County Line Road. She moved forward just enough just to see, but not enough to move into the roadway.
