According to Roswell Police Reports, John Muller, Mark Milner, and John Kibler all of Roswell, Georgia, were involved in accident on November 21, 2022.
Per the report, Milner and Kibler were traveling east on Holcomb Bridge Road approaching Steeplechase Drive. Muller was traveling north on Steeplechase Drive and entered the intersection. Milner and Kibler stated that they had the green light while Muller stated that he had the green light.
Milner swerved left in attempt to avoid striking Muller. Milner's vehicle struck Kibler's vehicle and then spun out in a counterclockwise fashion before facing westward.
Another independent witness stated that Milner and Kibler had the green light on Holcomb Bridge Road.
