Accident at Intersection (Marietta)

On September 13th, 2024, Brystol Andrews and Jason Mogire were involved in an accident on Polk St at its intersection with Winn St.

Andrews was stopped facing south on Winn St at the stop sign, waiting to turn east onto Polk St. Mogire was traveling west on Polk St toward Winn St. Andrews had a stop sign present while Mogire did not. Mogire was proceeding through the intersection when Andrews pulled out in front of Mogire's vehicle, causing the accident.

Both vehicles sustained functional damage in the accident. Andrews was found at fault and cited with failure to obey traffic signal.
