Accident at the Intersection of Big Shanty Rd (Cobb)

On November 27th, 2024, Cheyne Jackson and Essix Moser were involved in an automobile accident on George Busbee Parkway at the intersection of Big Shanty Rd.

Jackson was traveling Northbound on George Busbee Parkway in the #3 lane, approaching the intersection of Big Shanty Rd. Jackson was attempting to make a left turn westbound at a solid green light with a posted "left turn yield on green light" sign at the intersection. Moser stated that she was traveling through the intersection with a green light and that Jackson had made a left turn in front of them. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage from the accident.

Jackson was found at fault and was cited with Failure to Yield while turning left.
