On October 20th, 2024, Jayden Gillis and Ansumana Sesay were involved in an accident on Towne Lake Parkway at its intersection with Linkside Lane.
Both Vehicles were traveling southbound on Towne Lake Parkway approaching 2485 Town Link Pawkway. Sesay stated to police that she was traveling in the left straight lane while Gillis was traveling in the right. Sesay claimed then that Gillis attempted to enter the left lane and caused the collision of the vehicles. Gillis stated that he did not see the other vehicle while he was changing lanes.
Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident. Gillis was determined to be at fault for the accident and was cited with Improper Lane Change.
