Accident on Commerce Drive and SR-8 (Villa Rica)

On July 24th, 2025, Noah Carroll and Priscilla Powell were involved in automobile accident on Commerce Drive at its intersection with SR-8.

Carroll was stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of Commerce Drive and SR-8 waiting to make a left turn. Powell was traveling Eastbound on SR-8 towards the same intersection. Carroll stated that he saw Powell cut in front of him then turn, causing Powells vehicle to strike his. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident. Carroll was found at fault for the accident and was cited with Failure to Yield.
