Accident on SR-138 (Union City)

On May 31st 2025, Chatham Coxton and Bonita Bush were involved in an automobile accident on SR-138 at its intersection with Gresham St. 

Coxton stated that he was traveling southbound on Gresham St when he came to the intersection of SR-138. He stated that when he attempted to turn, his vehicle was struck by Bush's car which was heading westbound. Bush stated that she was traveling westbound on SR-138 when Coxton pulled out in front of her, causing the collision. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage from the accident and were towed from the scene.

Coxton was found at fault for the accident and was cited with failure to yield to a traffic control device.
