Accident on Terrell Mill Rd (Cobb)

On August 10th 2024, Sabrina Jones and Mikaela Mcalpine were involved in an accident on Terrell Mill Rd at its intersection with Water Pl. 

Mcalpine stated she was traveling south on Terrell Mill Rd toward Cobb Parkway. She says she was in the right straight lane and was approaching the Water Place intersection. She says she saw Jones' vehicle pulling out of the Walmart parking lot onto Terrell Mill Rd then the vehicles quickly collided. Jones stated that Mcalpine was driving recklessly and caused the accident. Both vehicles sustained functional damage.

Jones was determined to be at fault and was cited with failure to yield.
