Accident on Terrell Mill Rd (Cobb)

On May 28th 2025, Marisa Baert and William Hardman were involved in an automobile accident on Terrell Mill Rd at its intersection with Greenwood Trail.

Baert stated that she was traveling southbound on Terrell Mill Rd, waiting for the flashing yellow light in the turn lane to make a left. Baert said she could not see if there were incoming vehicles because of other cars blocking her view. She then made her turn and saw Hardman's vehicle in the intersection and made contact, t-boning Hardmans vehicle.

The collision caused Hardmans vehicle to strike the nearby light pole and come to a rest. Both vehicles sustained major damage and were totaled. Baert was found at fault for the accident and was cited with failure to yield while turning left.
