Changing Lanes on Chapel Hill Causes Accident (Union City)

On July 11th, 2025, Marcus Cuttino and Angela Stifflemire were involved in an automobile accident on Chapel Hill Rd at the intersection of Douglas Blvd.

Cuttino stated that he was traveling Southbound on Chapel Hill Rd when he checked if the lane was clear before changing lanes. He then made the change and stated his vehicle struck the right side of Stifflemire's vehicle. Stifflemire state she was traveling normally down Chapel Hill Rd when her vehicle was struck on the side. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident. Cuttino was found at fault for the accident and was cited with Improper Lane Change.
