Changing the Radio Station Leads to Accident (Cherokee)

On June 22nd, 2024, Emerson Copeland and Oakley Harrison were involved in an accident on Arnold Mill Rd.

Copeland was traveling west on Arnold Mill Rd when she looked away from the road to her car radio to change a song. When she looked up, Harrison's vehicle had stopped in front of her and she collided with the rear of the car. Harrison stated she was preparing to turn left on Farmington Drive when her vehicle was struck in the rear.

Both vehicles sustained functional damage. Copeland was found at fault and was cited with following too closely.
