Yield Fail at Piedmont & Old Piedmont

A failure-to-yield crash occurred on Piedmont Rd at Old Piedmont Rd in Cobb County on October 21, 2025, at 8:48 PM. Elsa Broussard, 21, in a Mini Cooper, turned left from a stop sign into the path of Cameron Banks, 29, in a Nissan Rogue traveling north.

Broussard’s Cooper was T-boned; heavy damage to both vehicles, both towed by Marietta Wrecker. Two minor injuries reported.

Broussard cited for failure to yield right-of-way (O.C.G.A. § 40-6-71) by Cobb County PD.
