Per Smyrna Police Accident Reports, on February 24, 2021 Ethan Anderson of Cleveland, Georgia, and Emily Dibble of Smyrna, Georgia, were involved in an accident at the intersection of Concord Road and Dickson Way.
Anderson was driving a truck for DBA Orion Construction Group and pulled out in front of Dibble after exiting the Kroger parking lot. Anderson told the reporting officer that he misjudged how fast Dibble was traveling.
Dibble concurrently reported that Anderson abruptly pulled out in front of her and struck her vehicle. There were no injuries reported at the scene, however Anderson was ticketed for failure to yield while making a left-hand turn.
