Disobeying Traffic Signal (Fayette Co.)

On July 7th, 2025, Samara Kirkland and William Withrow were involved in an automobile accident on Highway 92 South at the intersection of Goza Rd.

Kirkland was originally stopped on Goza Rd at Highway 92 South. Withrow was traveling westbound on Highway 92 South near Goza Rd. Kirkland then attempted to cross over Highway 92 South in front of Withrow's vehicle. Withrow's car then struck Kirkland's causing the wreck. Both vehicles sustained total damage from the accident and were towed from the scene. Kirkland was found at fault for the accident and was cited with Failure to Yield and Disobeying a Traffic Signal.
