Disregarding a Stop Sign (Douglasville)

On April 15th 2025, Aswad Robinson and Charles Parham were involved in an automobile accident on Mcpherson Rd at its intersection with Waterway Circle. 

Robinson stated he was traveling Northbound on Mcpherson Rd when he did not fully stop at the stop sign to make a left turn onto Waterway Circle. His car then struck Parham's vehicle causing damage to both cars. Parham stated that Robinson's vehicle ran the stop sign and that caused the collision.

Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident. Robinson was found at fault and was cited with Disregarding a Stop Sign.
