Driver Ticketed for Improper Passing on Rockbridge Rd (Gwinnett)

On July 3rd 2025, Kevin Love and Jondarien Barber were involved in an automobile accident Rockbridge Rd in Gwinnett County.

Love was traveling eastbound on Rockbridge Rd in the merge lane while Barber was traveling eastbound in the straight lane. Love attempted to change lanes and the rear right of his vehicle struck the front left of Barber's car. Barber stated to police that Love went to overtake the lane and caused the collision then gave him the middle finger. Both vehicles sustained minor damage from the accident.

Love was found at fault for failure to yield and improper passing.
