DUI Assigned in Accident on Fairburn Rd (Douglasville)

On May 27th 2025, Nicole Holloway and Carlos Valencia Zaragoza were involved in an automobile accident on Fairburn Rd at its intersection with exit 37 on I-20 Eastbound.

Zaragoza stated that he was traveling Southbound on Fairburn Rd attempting to turn left onto I-20. He stated he had the green light and that as he was turning, Holloway ran the red light and caused a collision between the vehicles. He said that Holloway stopped momentarily and the fled the scene. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage from the accident and were towed from the scene.

Holloway was later found and was found at fault for the accident. She was cited with DUI and failure to obey a traffic signal.
