Failure to Maintain Lane on Marietta Parkway (Marietta)

On October 26th, 2024, Kerstie Mckinlay and Ibtissam Judeh were involved in an automobile accident on Franklin Gateway at its intersection with Marietta Parkway.

Both vehicles were traveling west on Marietta Parkway past Franklin Gateway. Mckinlay was in the 3rd lane while Judeh was traveling in the second lane. Mckinlay failed to maintain her lane and her car struck Judeh's vehicle on the right passenger side. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident.

Mckinlay was found at fault for the accident and was cited with Failure to Maintain Lane.
