On February 12th, 2025, James Giddings and Dae'quan Jackson were involved in an automobile accident on I-75 Northbound in Marietta.
Jackson was traveling Northbound on I-75 in the number 4 lane while Giddings was traveling Northbound on I-75 in the number 3 lane. Giddings failed to maintain his lane while traveling and then sideswiped Jackon's vehicle as they were traveling. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident.
Giddings was found to be at fault for the accident and was cited with failure to maintain lane.
