Failure to Stop at Stop Sign Causes Accident (Cobb)

On July 11th, 2025, Scotty Lyles and Vitor Azevedo were involved in an automobile accident on Roberts Ct at its intersection with George Busbee Parkway.

Lyles stated that he had come to a stop at the stop sign on Mall Blvd and Roberts Ct and that Azevedo's vehicle had struck their car on the front left side. Azevedo stated that he was travelling on Roberts Ct when Lyles pulled out from Mall Blvd and struck their vehicle on the right side. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident. Traffic footage was obtained, and Lyles was found at fault for the accident and was cited with failure to stop at a stop sign.
