Failure to Yield at Cobb Parkway (Marietta)

On May 24th, 2024, Julien Young and Rafael Castaneda were involved in an accident on Cobb Parkway at the intersection of Seminole Drive.

Young was traveling west on Seminole Drive near its intersection with Cobb Parkway while Castaneda was heading north on Cobb Parkway toward the same intersection. Young stopped at the stop sign on Seminole Drive then continued into all lanes of traffic, causing a collision with Castaneda.

Both vehicles received functional damage. Young was deemed at fault and cited for failure to yield.
