On October 10th, 2024, Osiel Hernandez and Christopher Lopez were involved in an automobile accident at 780 Franklin Gateway.
Hernandez was traveling out of a private lot at 780 Franklin Gateway facing eastbound. Lopez was traveling southbound on Franklin Gateway in the right straight lane. Hernandez's vehicle partially entered the roadway into Lopez's path of travel. Lopez stated that he swerved into the left lane to avoid a collision with the car. Lopez still struck the right-side Lopez's vehicle as it entered the roadway. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident.
Hernandez admitted to failing to yield to oncoming traffic and was found at fault for the accident and cited with Failure to Yield.
