Per Cobb County police reports, on November 26, 2021, Lenny Pena of Austell, Georgia, and Jose Santos of Lithia Springs, Georgia, were involved in an accident at the intersection of Riverside Parkway and Factory Shoals Road.
Both drivers were traveling on Riverside Parkway and had a green light. Pena approached the intersection and attempted a left-hand turn. Santos stated that the light turned yellow, but Pena did not yield to the oncoming traffic.
Pena was cited for failure to yield while turning left.
