Failure to Yield Leads to Accident (Union City)

On April 27th 2025, Ricardo Tolbert and Tracey Simms were involved in an automobile accident on Buffington Rd in Union City.

Tolbert was traveling Eastbound on SR-138 when he attempted to make a turn onto Buffington Rd heading North. He then directly struck Simms' vehicle who was also attempting to make their turn onto Buffington Rd from the westbound turning lane of Sr-138. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage from the accident and were towed from the scene. Both drivers were also treated by Grady EMS at the scene.

Tolbert was found at fault for the accident and was cited with Failure to Yield While Turning Left.
