On April 19th, 2024 Ashley Brewer and Gabriel O'neil were involved in an accident on Floyd Rd.
O'neil stated to the officer that he was turning out of the QT and crossed one lane of traffic into the left lane of Floyd Rd. While entering the lane the left side of his vehicle was struck by Brewer. Brewer stated as she was traveling south in the left lane that O'neil pulled out quickly and she could not slow down to avoid his vehicle. Both cars sustained disabling damage from the accident. O'neil was cited with failure to yield.
