Per Forsyth County police reports, Cecelia Burros of Suwanee, Georgia, and Kelli Coan of Cumming, Georgia, were involved in an accident on June 6, 2023 at the intersection of Larry Mulkey Memorial Road and Atlanta Highway.
According to the report, Burros was traveling south on Atlanta Highway at the intersection of Larry Mulkey Memorial when she an accident up ahead. She quickly turned left on Larry Mulkey Memorial and struck the car of Kelli Coan who had the green light to continue traveling north on Atlanta Highway.
Burros was ticketed for failure to yield and at fault for the crash.
