On November 16th, 2024, Patricia Donahue and Christopher Hinton were involved in an automobile accident on Towne Lake Parkway.
Donahue was facing Eastbound on Towne Lake Parkway, turning left towards Running Deer Parkway. Donahue had a yellow left turn yield traffic signal. Donahue then pulled in front of Hinton's vehicle, which was traveling straight on Towne Lake Parkway through the intersection. Donahue then failed to yield to Hinton's vehicle, causing the collision. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident.
Donahue was deemed at fault for the accident and was cited with Failure to Yield on Left Turn.
