Failure to Yield on Oakland Industrial Blvd (Fairburn)

On May 2nd 2025, Faye Stephens and Candice Render were involved in an automobile accident on Oakland Industrial Blvd and Senoia Road.

Stephens stated that she was traveling Southbound on Oakland Industrial Blvd when she made a left turn into the Racetrac Parking lot but could not see because of a large truck parked in the lot. During her turn into the lot her vehicle was struck by Render's car. Both drivers stated that they did not see the other vehicle until they were nearly colliding. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident.

Stephens was found at fault for not yielding the right of way.
