Good Samaritan Crash on East-West Connector

A bizarre collision unfolded on East-West Connector in Marietta on October 21, 2025, around 3:32 PM. Cedrita Reid, 74, struck a curb while driving westbound and struggled to control her Cadillac. Torreanna Stephens, 55, pulled over ahead to check on her.

Reid, still driving, attempted to pass Stephens to have her follow home but struck the Mercedes instead. Minor front-passenger damage to Reid’s vehicle; Stephens’ car undamaged.

No injuries reported; no citations issued by Cobb County PD. Both drivers from Powder Springs area.
