Hit and Run at Quick Pick on Riverside (Cobb County)

On June 22, 2021, Officer R D Rhodes was dispatched to the scene of an accident on Riverside Parkway.

The accident occurred at 23:45.

Mr. M Bowers was driving a Buick Regal at the Quick Pick Food Mart.

He was parked at gas pump #2 and collided with gas pumps #1 and #2 as he drove off.

He made a U-turn around gas pump #3 and #4 and fled the scene through the parking lot, traveling south on Riverside Parkway.

The driver was identified through video footage provided by an employee of the gas station.

The footage provided evidence that the front of the vehicle was damaged, and that one gas pump was damaged beyond repair.

The accident was reported in Cobb County.
