On January 10, 2021 according to Cobb County Police Reports Yun Robertson of Kennesaw, Georgia, and Jordan Lieber of Marietta, Georgia were involved in an accident at the intersection of Sandy Plains Road and Wesley Chapel Road. Robertson was attempting to make a left hand turn at a light on Sandy Plains Road. He said that he had a green light and that he was struck in the middle of the intersection by a car traveling north.
A witness to the accident told the reporting officer that Lieber ran a red light and struck Robertson at the intersection. Cobb County Police ticketed Lieber for Violation of a Traffic Control Device.
