Per Lawrenceville Police Reports, Jose Martinez and Jeanette Ortiz both of Lawrenceville, Georgia, were involved in an accident on November 20, 2021.
Martinez attempted a left-hand turn coming out of a parking lot and tried to cross three lanes to continue south on Clayton St. As he was turning, another vehicle was turning out of the McDonald's parking lot, which caused Martinez to slow down. Ortiz, who was traveling north on Clayton St. struck Martinez's car.
Martinez was ticketed for failing to yield when entering a roadway.
