Misjuged Clearance Attributed as Cause of Accident (Fairburn)

On July 3rd, 2025, Moses Bangura and Gwendolyn Hamelberg-Moore were involved in an automobile accident on Oakley Industrial Blvd in Fairburn.

Bangura stated that he was fully in the outside turning lane and that he had no idea he had made contact with a vehicle. Hamelberg-Moore was left turning lane on Oakley Industrial Blvd when Bangura's vehicle sideswiped the front of her car. Hamelberg-Moore stated that the driver's side of the trailer on Bangura's vehicle struck her vehicle and caused the accident. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident. Bangura was found at fault for the accident and was cited with Misjudged Clearance.
