On November 27th, 2024, Robert Bernard and Nicholas Kitchens were involved in an accident on Dahlia Way at its intersection with Delphinium Boulevard.
Bernard was turning southbound onto Dahlia Way from Delphinium Boulevard. Bernard stated that he was in a hurry and ran the stop sign, causing his vehicle to strike Kitchens' car when he made the turn. Kitchens was stopped at the stop sign facing northbound on Dahlia Way. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident.
Bernard was found at fault for the accident and was cited with running a stop sign and failure to maintain lane.
