On June 21, 2021, Officer M J Holt was dispatched to the scene of an accident at 2071 Lake Park Drive SE.
The accident occurred at 13:00.
Mr. B West was driving a Volvo S 60 and Mr. C Hillman was driving a Honda Acura.
Mr. West stated that he had backed out of his parking spot and was traveling westbound in the parking lot of his apartment complex.
Mr. Hillman stated that he was traveling east in the same parking lot when Mr. West’s vehicle came into his area of travel and the two vehicles collided.
There are no marked lanes in the parking lot.
Both vehicles were removed by their respective drivers and no injuries were reported.
No citations were issued as the incident occurred on private property.
The accident was reported in Smyrna, Cobb County.
