According the Cherokee police reports, Julia Johnson (Acworth) and Taniya McCord (Greenville) were involved in an accident at the intersection of Eagle Drive and Rose Creek Drive on November 21, 2023.
Johnson pulled out of a driveway in order to turn left onto Eagle Drive. This caused McCord to strike the side of Johnson's vehicle. Johnson was found at fault for failing to yield while turning left. However, it was also found that McCord did not have her headlights on in the rain, which also help lead to this accident.
