On March 1st, 2025, Anival Olvera and Beverly Blades were involved in an automobile accident on Cherokee Street in Marietta.
Both Vehicles were in the right lane on Cherokee St approaching the pedestrian crosswalk before Session St. Blades stated that as she was approaching the crosswalk she noticed the lights start flashing, indicating someone was about to cross. Due to this, she slammed her brakes hard. Olvera was close behind Blades vehicle and struck the rear of Blade's car with her own vehicle. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident.
Olvera was found at fault for the accident and was cited with Following too Closely.
