On August 14, 2022, per Douglasville Police Reports, Deanthony Davis and Patrice Cobb both of Atlanta, Georgia, were involved in accident on Interstate 20 Eastbound.
Cobb stated that she was in stop-and-go traffic and was rear ended by Davis. Davis stated that he believed he was 'set-up' because Cobb was purposefully hitting the breaks.
The officer at the time did conclude that there was heavy stop and go traffic and determined that Davis was at fault for following too closely.
