Per Cherokee County police reports, Charles Jenkins of Woodstock, Georgia and Abigail Underwood of Kennesaw, Georgia, were involved in an accident on December 5, 2023.
The reports states that Jenkins was attempting to make a left hand turn from River Oaks Drive onto Barnes Road. He stated that the sun was in his eyes and unable to see oncoming traffic. Underwood's car struck Jenkins vehicle in the front left side. Jenkins was found at fault and issued a citation.
