On May 30th, 2024, Kaven De Moura and Jackson Block were involved in an accident on Delk Rd at its intersection with Franklin Gateway.
De Moura was in the #2 straight lane behind Block's vehicle heading westbound on Delk Rd. De Moura stated that the sun was in his eyes and he saw other cars moving forward. De Moura started moving forward and struck the rear of Block's vehicle. Block stated he did not move and that it was De Moura's vehicle that was moving forward and struck his.
De Moura was found at fault and cited with following too close.
