On September 13th, 2024, 2024 Charteva Cook and Kaimori Littlejohn-Williams were involved in an auto accident on Ernest Barrett Parkway at the intersection of Burnt Hickory Rd.
Cook was traveling northbound in the number 1 lane on Ernest Barrett Parkway. Cook stated that another vehicle changed lanes from the left turn lane into the number 1 lane. Cook said that she swerved to avoid contact and then was hit by William's vehicle. Williams stated that Cook had swerved into her lane, causing the accident.
Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident. Cook was found at fault and was cited with failure to maintain lane.
