Tailgate Tangle at Mars Hill & Stilesboro

A rear-end collision struck the northbound lanes of Mars Hill Rd at Stilesboro Rd in Cobb County on October 21, 2025, at 9:29 AM. Nubia Querales Caldera, 42, in a Hyundai Elantra, told police she was slowing for traffic when Monty Brock, 62, in a Nissan Pathfinder, followed too closely and slammed into her rear.

Querales Caldera’s Hyundai took heavy rear damage; Brock’s Pathfinder minor front damage. No injuries among the three occupants.

Brock was cited for following too closely (O.C.G.A. § 40-6-49) by Cobb County PD.
