On July 31, 2022, Gina Swanson of Nashville, Tennessee, was involved in an accident after a tractor trailer merged into her lane on I75N. To avoid being hit by the North American Van Lines tractor trailer, being operated by Kraig Buschmann of Cape Coral, Florida, Swanson swerved into lane three which caused contact with Jeffrey Stallcup of Acworth, Georgia.
According to Cobb County Police Reports, the reporting officer observed damage on the Buschmann's trailer and extensive damage to Stallcup's vehicle. The officer determined that Buschmann was at fault for causing the collisions.
