Turning Improperly Causes Wreck (Cherokee)

On August 30th, 2024, Cade Curtis and Odelio Banuelos were involved in an auto accident On Mill Creek Road in Cherokee County.

Curtis claimed he was trying to avoid a wreck and swerved his car left into oncoming traffic lanes. This caused Banuelos to collide with the right side of Curtis' vehicle. A witness on scene advised that Curtis was actually attempting to make a U-turn in the roadway when Banuelos Vehicle struck his vehicle.

Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident. Curtis was found at fault at was cited with Improper turn.
