On November 23rd, 2024, Macah Spinks and Breah Evans were involved in an automobile accident on Gresham Rd NE.
Spinks was traveling westbound in the right straight lane on Gresham Rd while Evans westbound in the left straight lane on Gresham Rd. Spinks stated that he was following his GPS and realized he missed his turn, so he attempted to make a U-turn on Gresham. He also stated that he did not see Evans vehicle and accused the other vehicle of speeding. Evans stated that Spinks U-turn caused their vehicles to collide. Both vehicles sustained functional damage from the accident.
Spinks was found at fault for the accident and was cited with failure to maintain lane.
