According to Cobb County Police Reports, Ryan Constantine of Marietta, Georgia, was involved in a single car accident on Church Road October 29, 2022.
Constantine told officers that he was traveling westbound on Church Road when a black SUV who was traveling eastbound swerved into his lane. Constantine swerved off the road to avoid colliding with the oncoming vehicle.
Constantine's vehicle was disabled on the side of the road and the black SUV drove off without making contact with Constantine.
